Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy
Studio Tecnico Rossoni is aware of the importance of safeguarding privacy and personal data. For this reason, it is committed in processing the data solely for the purposes and in accordance with the modalities outlined in this policy and in the policy documents presented to the user from time to time while accessing a section of the site requiring the input, direct or indirect, of personal data. 
In particular, all data collection - and subsequent processing - activities are aimed at the pursuit of institutional purposes. 

In implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR (EU) 2016/679] also known as GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation, fully applicable as of May 25, 2018, below you will find listed our guidelines for the Treatment and Retention of Personal Data, the names of the Owner and The Controller, the rights you have with respect to your Personal Data in our possession and their use by us.

Each time you compile a form that collects your Personal Data, it will clearly indicate the type of data required and how we will use it. 

Data are collected according to the guidelines of the relevant legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided by GDPR (art. 32) for their treatment by means of computer, manual and automated tools and with logics closely related to the purposes mentioned above and in any case aimed at ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data themselves. 

As reported by the General Data Protection Regulations concerning your Personal Data in our possession you have the following Rights: Right of Access (art.15), Right to Cancel/Right to Oblivion (art.17), Right to Limitation of Treatment (art.18), Right to Data Portability (art.20). You can enforce each of these rights by writing to the Personal Data Processing Manager (RPD-DPO).
